- Multi-language support for Filipino languages

The information provided by PHLaw.AI is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. Our AI-generated responses:
- Are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney
- May not be complete, accurate, or up-to-date
- Should not be relied upon for making legal decisions
- Do not create an attorney-client relationship

4. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorized account access

5. Usage Limits and Pricing
PHLaw.AI offers:
- Free Tier: 5 AI queries per day (resets at 12:01 AM Philippine Time)
- Paid Query Packs: Additional queries available for purchase
All query submissions count toward your limit, including those that may be rejected as off-topic. Paid queries do not expire.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Submit queries designed to elicit harmful, illegal, or unethical advice
- Use automated tools to access the service without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
7. Geographic Restrictions
PHLaw.AI is currently available only to users in the Philippines. We plan to expand availability in the future.
8. Intellectual Property
The PHLaw.AI service, including its design, features, and content (excluding public law texts), is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
Philippine laws and official government documents are in the public domain and may be freely accessed and shared.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PHLaw.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That our service will meet your specific needs
- The correctness of AI-generated responses
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHLaw.AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
